Rates

Because every clients’ needs are unique, I offer weekly or monthly retainer plans, or hourly rates.

As your personal Freelancer I can accomplish more than an in-house employee working an 8 hour day. I am not paid for breaks, holidays, sick leave, surfing the Internet while at work, personal time during work hours, or other time not related to your project. This is because I “clock in and out” using my time tracking software, so your time is your time. When distractions or other interruptions occur, I clock out. If I take a break, I clock out. Phone call from another client, I clock out. You get the picture… You only pay for hours of actual work when using my freelancing services.

A retainer plan guarantees hours personally set aside for your business. Retainer plans are the most popular with my clients because you enjoy the greatest savings with a retainer plan.

Retainer plans are in five (5) hour increments (5, 10, 15, 20…) by the week or month, but I would be pleased as punch to quote an hourly rate, if that tickles your fancy.

For more than 20 hours per week or month, please contact me for an estimate and payment terms.

Rates – Web Design

Web Design: By the hour or on a per project basis* for a completely new website or a site redesign. Please contact me to request an estimate.

*Per project pricing depends on the scope of the project – each site is individually unique, so please request an estimate.

Services for Web Design include X/HTML and CSS sites, WordPress sites, phpBB Forums, custom graphics…basically anything related to websites falls under the umbrella of “web design.” As an example: customizing a newsletter is a service I offer as a web designer.

Rates – Accounting/Bookkeeping

Accounting/bookkeeping: By the hour either with or without payroll. One time setup fee of $75 without payroll. One time setup fee with payroll $75 plus an additional $15 per employee.

Terms and Information

NOTE: A contract is generally required for all services and will contain full terms, agreements, and any other pertinent information. In lieu of a contract, the terms contained within this website are considered binding by both parties.

Your hours are tracked using time tracking software that I use. Hours are rounded to the nearest five minutes. Reports can be emailed to you on request, or as part of your plan.

Monthly Retainer Plan hours are valid for one (1) month only; sorry no carry-over to the next month. As stated above, we will discuss your needs in detail to come up with a Monthly Retainer Plan that best suits your needs.

Monthly Retainer Plans require payment before work begins and paid in advance for each subsequent block of time. Retainer plans guarantee hours are set aside specifically for you and your business. Retainer Plans take precedence over hourly client projects.

Weekly Retainer Plan hours may be carried over to the following week, but must be used within that time-frame.

Refunds: Because we will discuss your needs in detail, no refunds will be issued for unused retainer hours.

In order to assure your satisfaction, we will be communicating as necessary as work progresses.

Rush Projects (less than 48-hour notice or on weekends): Subject to a 25% addition to normal fees.
