Administrative office tasks taking up too much of your time? I’m here to help. The services listed below are not all-inclusive, but this will provide you an outline of tasks you can outsource (contract) to SunRise Virtual Solutions. If you don’t see a service listed that you require, please contact me. No task is too small…or too large!

Word processing and document formatting:

Includes anything from retyping a draft of correspondence, composing letters (formal and informal), mailings, newsletters, term papers (from your draft), etc. If it needs to be typed and/or formatted, I can do it. I can also convert to a pdf document anything under the sun.

Copy writing, proofreading, and editing:

Ghost writing, website content, resumés, non-confidential medical documents, research papers, formal and informal writing, product descriptions, and more. Editing and proofreading any type of document for proper grammar, spelling, formatting, and punctuation. If you can’t tell from my website, I enjoy writing!

Miscellaneous services:

Press release submissions, newsletter management and customization, blog posting, database management, website content updates (see my web design page for more), and the list goes on…! Your service not listed? Contact me – I can do almost anything.

Excel spreadsheets:

From simple to complex. I make them look great, too! I have been called the “Spreadsheet Queen” – I can create a spreadsheet for almost any process to help simplify your life. Anything from calculating business sales tax, whether it be sole proprietor or corporate with numerous locations, to complex (and accurate) 401(k) spreadsheet/workbook, and any other spreadsheet you can think of.

Adobe Acrobat documents and forms:

Most anything can be turned into an Adobe Acrobat document, complete with graphics and audio media. Have an idea, document, contract, spreadsheet, etc.? Let me turn it into a professional pdf document. I can also create forms that have areas for client/customer input, drop down choices, radio buttons, and even calculations. These interactive forms can be saved for your clients or customers to open using freely available Acrobat Reader.
