Welcome to one of the most favorite services I offer! My static HTML sites are designed completely from scratch using X/HTML and CSS web standards, no templates, and no tables. Web Standards
I use (X)HTML and CSS web standards for all my designs. My sites are valid for XHTML, but due to a hack or two that may be needed for quirky Internet Explorer, those hacks will not validate in CSS. When Internet Explorer decides to be a compliant browser, these hacks (if used) will be removed at no cost to you.

Compliancy and standards, including not using tables for layout, are what make a web site more accessible for special needs visitors, handheld devices, etc. — and it assures your site will perform as it should, and displays as it should, in browsers that adhere to web standards.
